A highlight of Xojo conferences is always Geoff Perlman's Keynote address to kick off the event. The format is comfortable and familiar: similar to Apple's PR events, he begins with Xojo's history, shows statistics about the past year, and then shares his vision of the future and Xojo's roadmap (see Figure 1).
This year's Xojo Developer Retreat Keynote was no different, except that it's been nearly four years since the last conference (40 months or 1,237 days), so the stats were more broad. In fact, it's been so long that the major new features added to Xojo since the last conference were quite shocking:

- New documentation
- iOS on-device debugging
