Excerpt of article text...

Kem Tekinay is perhaps one of the most well-known and respected members of the Xojo community—and he certainly deserves that respect. He's not only a talented Xojo developer, but for years he has been providing helpful advice and assistance to the community via the Xojo forums.

In this interview, we get a chance to learn more about Kem's background, the work that he does, and much more—including his thoughts on Xojo's upcoming support for preemptive threads and an interesting project that he's working on called "ThreadPool."

Your Background

Fortunately, my dad loved technology and started looking into the various models with me in tow. As I learned more, I started dreaming (literally) about writing code, waking up anxious to try it. And that's how it started.
